Award-winning Spanish hospitality group Atzaró Group has announced the launch of Atzaró Collection, bringing together its international portfolio under a single, clearly defined global identity.
Spanning Europe, Africa, Asia and South America, the Collection marks a significant new phase in the evolution of the family-owned group. Founded in 2004 with the opening of Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel in Ibiza, the brand has grown into an international portfolio shaped by a consistent philosophy of natural, organic luxury, refined over more than two decades.
The Atzaró Collection unifies this portfolio under one cohesive brand, defined by a shared approach to design, wellness and sustainability, alongside a highly personalised style of service. Across every destination, no two stays are the same, with each experience tailored to the individual guest – an approach the group sees as central to modern luxury.
From a 300-year-old luxury agroturismo in rural Ibiza to a private concession in Botswana’s Okavango Delta, from a traditional Indonesian phinisi yacht to a boutique design hotel in Cape Town, each destination is distinct in setting, while sharing a commitment to authenticity, sustainability, a sense of place and respect for their surroundings.
“The Atzaró Collection formalises something that has been evolving organically over many years,” said Vicente Guasch, Chief Global Officer at Atzaró Group. “Each of our destinations has always been shaped by the same values- respect for landscape, thoughtful design, a strong focus on wellness, and highly personalised service. Bringing them together under one identity provides clarity for our guests and sets a clear direction for future growth. Our focus is not expansion for its own sake. We remain committed to carefully chosen locations where we can be long-term custodians, maintaining independence while building a globally recognised hospitality brand.”
The launch also signals the next stage of strategic growth for Atzaró, including expansion into new global markets and sectors through Atzaró Residences, with projects currently underway in Miami and Playa del Carmen in Mexico, alongside a new hotel development in Bali.
THE COLLECTION
The Atzaró Collection comprises a portfolio of independently owned properties and travel experiences, each shaped by its setting while sharing a consistent approach to design, service and guest experience.

Set within a 13-hectare estate in northern Ibiza, this 300-year-old family finca reopened in 2004 as one of the island’s first luxury agroturismo hotels. Combining restored heritage buildings with contemporary interiors, organic farming, spa and wellness facilities and farm-to-table dining, Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel remains the flagship of the Collection and the blueprint for its design and service philosophy.

Atzaró Okavango, Botswana
A design-led safari camp in one of Africa’s most sought-after wildlife regions. Located within a private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve, Atzaró Okavango offers suites with private plunge pools and elevated star beds overlooking the lagoon. Featured in Condé Nast Traveller magazine’s Hot List 2025 and named Best New Hotel by Travel + Leisure USA.

Prana by Atzaró, Indonesia
A traditional phinisi yacht offering private voyages through some of Indonesia’s most remote waters.
Operating across Raja Ampat, Komodo National Park and the Spice Islands, Prana by Atzaró is a nine-suite yacht delivers fully crewed expeditions combining scuba diving, marine exploration and curated cultural itineraries, offering a more immersive way to experience the Collection, shaped around slow travel, exploration and life at sea.”

Atzaró Cape Town
A boutique design hotel with panoramic views at the foot of Table Mountain. Set in one of the city’s most elevated positions, the property offers six suites, wellness facilities and immediate access to the surrounding nature trails of Table Mountain. Combining contemporary design with a strong wellness focus, Atzaró Cape Town is positioned as a refined city retreat with a close connection to the landscape.

Aubergine by Atzaró, Ibiza
A garden restaurant rooted in the island’s farm-to-table tradition. Set in the Ibizan countryside, Aubergine by Atzaró is known for seasonal, organic dishes using produce grown on the Atzaró estate. With outdoor terraces among olive trees and intimate indoor spaces, it has become a regular fixture for both locals and returning visitors.

Atzaró Beach, Ibiza
A relaxed beachside destination bringing the Atzaró aesthetic to the coast. Located on one of Ibiza’s most scenic stretches of coastline, Atzaró Beach combines laid-back dining with a design-led setting, translating the brand’s rural ethos into a coastal environment.

Ca S’Uzina by Atzaró
A restored 16th-century finca reimagined as a private hilltop retreat. With panoramic countryside views, this exclusive-use villa offers eight suites alongside expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces. Its extensive history – from Phoenician and Roman occupation to its present-day restoration – adds depth to its contemporary luxury positioning.

The launch of The Atzaró Collection reflects the brand’s evolution from a single destination into an international portfolio, while remaining grounded in its founding values of authenticity, design and connection to place.
Future growth will continue to be shaped by the same principles, with a focus on considered expansion and highly individual guest experiences.
With new projects underway in Bali, Miami and Playa del Carmen, The Atzaró Collection enters its next phase with a clear strategy for growth, grounded in a consistent brand identity and a commitment to place-led hospitality.
