Casas Latinas is an exclusive collection of sophisticated estates, hotels and villas across Italy, Spain, other Latin European countries and Latin America, including Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica and Venezuela.
The company was founded by travel thought leader Massimo Imani, Global Business Developer for Casas Latinas and owner of Massimo & Partners consultancy who curate hotels and experiences from beginning to execution, consulting primarily on new luxury hotel and hospitality launches.
An influential figure in the global travel industry, Ianni has over 35 years’ experience in luxury travel, from South America to Europe, Massimo’s past successes are many and include Faena Hotel and Universe in Buenos Aires, Hotel Cafe Royal London, Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem, Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam, the Armani Hotel, Dubai and Milan and Blue Lagoon Retreat in Iceland.
Massimo began his career at the Hyatt in 1981 – the youngest GM in the company and one of the first training managers for Hyatt at just 22. He is also well known in South America having contributed to the conception and opening of several innovative concepts.
To date, Massimo & Partners has developed around 30 hotels and resorts from concept and feasibility through to space planning, investment structure, from opening management to actual opening. They also consult for retail and real-estate development and are actively involved in educational and training programs for Experience Generation.
