It has long been a favourite among food lovers, known for its seasonal menu, innovative dishes, and country-chic atmosphere. This year’s menu will be showcasing the best local and organic ingredients grown at the three-hectare Vegetable Garden on the Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel estate, nearby.
This year there will be some exciting new dishes, as the season progresses, alongside the signature dish favourites, all crafted with the same passion and commitment to homemade cooking that regular diners know and love. From the aubergine carpaccio to fresh kale salad, and artichoke flower with tomato sauce and roasted garlic with taleggio cheese cream, all plates are seasonal and local.
